Return Policy
At Sunshine Society, we respect and value every customer. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange for a different style or size.
We will accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased through www.iamsunshinesociety.com. Please supply order number in subject line.
Refunds
Should you return an item that is not sent damaged or faulty by seller, shipping is non-refundable, and you will be refunded the price of the garment and tax only.
Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment- no exceptions. If your card is no longer active, you will receive a store credit. Please note, we do not refund any shipping charges.
Exchanges
We currently are not offering exchanges. Please return your unworn item for a refund or request store credit and place a new order.
Inventory availability cannot be guaranteed when placing a new order.
Wrong Item?
Please contact us immediately at info@iamsunshinesociety.com if you received an incorrect item, and we can process your return as soon as possible.
If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement item.
If the correct item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Sale Items
All items on sale are final sale. There are no returns/exchanges accepted.
Any return of a final sale item will not be issued any form of credit- refund, store credit, or exchanges.
In the event you return a final sale item, you will be contacted to coordinate a return shipment back to you. You will then be responsible for the return shipment cost as you did not adhere to our final sale policy.
After our email is sent, failure to communicate to us within 3 business days to coordinate your return will result in forfeit of clothes without any form of credit.
**Please note we are closed on the weekend. If you place an order on Friday after 12pm cst, It will not be processed until the following business day.
